National field service company in search of motivated Field Inspectors, Independent Contractors, or inspection companies to service Clearfield/Cambria/Blair County As an Independent Mortgage Field Inspector, you’ll be conducting exterior occupancy checks (drive-by-no appointment needed), along with providing property condition photos, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, bank owned properties. Applicant Requirements: Must be local to, or within a reasonable distance from the county/area you’re interested in and have regular, daylight availability as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours. Applicants will also need: an updated Android or IOS Apple phone, Computer, Printer, High Speed Internet, GPS, and a Volt Stick/Voltage Tester. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) LEAD Carpenter to start immediately and run one of our trucks. This a FT, long term position with our company. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Must be able to do exterior wood work. Siding, trellises, beams, wood decks, stucco etc. We are located in West Kendall and provide all jobs, material and transportation from our shop daily.
