Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations Document completed work and escalate outstanding issues weekly Be on-call for emergencies during evenings/weekends What You’ll Bring 5+ years of multi-site commercial facilities maintenance experience (restaurant or retail preferred). Property management experience is preferred as well Strong practical skills in HVAC, refrigeration diagnostics, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, insulation Comfortable with power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other tools of the trade Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law Strong organizational abilities, proactive planning, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and cross-team work Available for occasional weekend and emergency calls Preferred: EPA 608 (HVAC), OSHA 10/30, electrical certifications, HVAC or trade school credentials.
