Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a warm demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage front-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet guests with a welcoming and professional attitude Manage reservation system and waitlists Coordinate seating assignments to optimize flow and guest experience Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about the restaurant Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entryway Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with poise and professionalism Qualifications: Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A genuine interest in hospitality and creating great guest experiences Why Work With Us?
