Company and Position Summary:  Redwood Empire Distillery located in Vallejo on Mare Island is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cook to join our team. The distillery features an event and restaurant space in an ultra-hip atmosphere under the name of Redwood Empire Whiskey Bar and Tasting Room.      This full-time position is capable of assisting with setting up and closing down the kitchen, prepping food for service, and working the line during operating hours. The Cook will also act as utility person at times in order to keep up with washing dishes and keeping the line stocked with necessary supplies and back-up food items.
