Line/Prep Cook We are looking for a dependable line/prep cook to fill out the rest of our team and support our chef. Five days per week with no early mornings and no late nights. Qualifications and Requirements: 2+ years line cook experience; Strong cooking skills, knife technique, and multitasking ability. Valid Food Handler’s certification required. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must have knife skills. Must be available afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
