Role Overview As a Fingerprinting Associate at Michaels Biometric Services, you’ll be at the front line of delivering both accuracy and care. You’ll ensure fingerprinting, passport photo, and compliance services are completed to the highest standards while creating a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for every client. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and client service skills. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-booked and walk-in biometric fingerprinting and compliance services using live-scan equipment Capture and produce passport photos that meet all official standards and requirements Verify client documentation, following strict regulatory and security protocols Guide clients through each process with clear communication and professionalism Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with compliance requirements Monitor and troubleshoot equipment; escalate issues when necessary Assist with scheduling, intake, and client inquiries to support daily operations Qualifications Previous experience in fingerprinting, passport photography, customer service, or strong administrative roles is a plus (system-specific training provided) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance Excellent client service and communication skills Strong comfort with digital tools, including camera setup, printing, data entry, and technical processes Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion Must be able to undergo and pass background screening Bilingual Spanish-English a plus Must be available to work Mon/Tues/Thurs: 10am-4pm How to Apply Please submit your resume with subject line of “Part-Time Fingerprinting Associate (20 hours per week max)"
