Your Role: As a Pre-Lien Specialist / Administrative Assistant, you’ll be responsible for: • Preparing, tracking, and filing preliminary lien notices in compliance with state requirements. • Maintaining accurate lien-related records and tracking important deadlines. • Providing general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management. • Assisting both the Las Vegas and Phoenix offices with office tasks and communications.
