Position: Full-Time Dispatcher/Warehouse Manager Location: Austin, Texas Role & Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers and schedule HVAC appointments. • Dispatch technicians efficiently while confirming appointments with customers. • Order parts/equipment and file equipment & labor warranties. • Receive and record completed invoices from field technicians. • Maintain an accurate database and manage minor filing and other duties as needed. • Keep & order inventory for warehouse.
