Our growing personal injury firm is looking for a legal assistant/case manager. The primary tasks will include: - General administrative office tasks such as copying/filing/scanning/answering phones, client intake, and generally assisting with the office; - client intake, and case management - reporting accident claims with insurance companies, organizing rental vehicles, assisting clients with property damage, arguing liability - monitoring client's treatment, scheduling appointments, frequent client follow up, collection of medical records, preparation of file for sending a demand and demand drafting.
