This position involves obtaining permits, managing material deliveries, performing project walk-throughs with customers, collecting payments, and assisting with administrative and logistical duties. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working both in the field and in the office to support overall project efficiency. Key Responsibilities Obtain and manage roofing permits and ensure compliance with city and county requirements. Load, transport, and deliver materials and equipment to job sites in a timely and safe manner. Conduct project walk-throughs with customers to ensure expectations are met and document any necessary adjustments. Collect customer payments in person and ensure proper documentation and deposit procedures are followed. Maintain communication between project managers, field crews, and the office to coordinate schedules and deliveries. Assist the operations department with basic administrative tasks such as filing permits, updating project logs, and maintaining accurate records. Perform quality control checks and provide feedback to ensure project sites meet company standards. Support job site safety compliance and report any safety issues or incidents promptly. Represent Frontline Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused service at all times. Qualifications Skilled in Hauling a Dump Trailer (REQUIRED) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction, roofing, or field operations preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely load/unload materials. Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Workiz or CRM software preferred). Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements Frequent driving between office and job sites. Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing ladders when necessary for project walk-throughs. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
