My small company is looking for an extra helping hand to complete exterior condominium projects since one of my main guys had an offsite injury. Work includes all facets of exterior painting (i.e. pressure washing, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking, masking, spraying and finally neatly painting trim) Work most likely be temporary (to early November), but possibly could turn into winter (interior work). Board includes utilities and use of kitchen, unless there is excessive usage in which case there will be extra charge. The position involves working 7 days a week. There will be morning and afternoon barn chores (feeding and turning out horses, cleaning and restocking stalls, feeding small animals) and other farm related jobs and projects so it basically would be comparable to working each day.
