JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with manager to coordinate daily maintenance requests and apartment turnovers. • General carpentry and basic repairs-door hardware and locks, closet doors, window latches, screens, hinges, etc. • Wall repair and painting • General plumbing such as tub, toilet, sink, faucet, repairing or replacement. • Basic electrical-replace outlets, light switches, light fixtures/bulbs/ceiling fans. • HVAC knowledge to diagnose heating/cooling issues and/or be able to coordinate third party work as needed. • Assists with maintaining the exterior grounds and common areas of the property. • Assists with snow removal when needed. • Experience with appliance repair is a bonus, but not required. Hours: • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm • Must be available for On-Call Requirements: • Must have a valid Driver's License. If interested please email resume above.
