BDZ Construction is searching for a sweeper truck driver to clean the entrances and roads around our jobsites. Truck would be parked at our Maltby shop each night. Start time is 7:00am. Year-round work. Primary Responsibilities: Understands company safety program and follows appropriate protocols when working on and around equipment. Be able to communicate clearly with various field crews. Vehicle inspection each morning, as well as being sure to keep vehicle and sweeper components clean. Clean entrances and surrounding roads to various jobsites around a 50-mile perimeter of Bothell. Use backpack blower and broom to assist in proper cleaning. Be able to assist with replacing gutter brooms and minor sweeper truck Maintenace. Qualifications • Construction experience preferred • Experience with dump trucks, construction equipment • Able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time • Clean Driving Record required • Driver’s license, CDL class A or B a plus Schedule: Current sweeper truck is a 2023 Isuzu with a victory mark 3 sweeper, class c. Description: The Field Supervisor is a part time, seasonal position that runs from October through April. Snow and ice experience is preferred, but if you have great communication and management skills, we will provide training to the right candidate. We provide new F250 or F350 fully outfitted truck with V-Plow and Polycast de-icing units. Job Duties:  Complete app usage training  On call 24/7  Establish great client & service provider relationships  Manage assigned service providers (sub-contractors) within the geographical area  Solve any issues and / or non-performance with clients or service providers  Assist in snow plowing operations as necessary at all hours of the day or night  Provide field support  Be on feet for long periods of time  Shoveling when required Requirements:  Managerial experience  1+ years of snow & ice removal required  Familiar with smartphone and tablet technology and comfortable communicating through email, text and other messaging systems  Knowledge of equipment used for snow & ice removal  Hold current driver’s license, accompanied by clean driving record  Ability to work long shifts, weather dependent  Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly  Travel as needed, often statewide, and out of state  Driving for long periods of time during snow throughout territory  Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred

We are looking for a house cleaner to come twice a month to help with the following tasks: -Clean our two bathrooms -Vacuum the stairs -Clean our cat's room once a month (this entails vacuuming, swiffering, throwing out their old litter, cleaning their litter boxes, adding new litter and wiping down litter trash can) We occasionally may have extra cleaning to do that we will always ask about ahead of time. For the day that someone comes to just clean the two bathrooms and vacuum the stairs we are paying $80 and for the day that someone comes to clean the two bathrooms, vacuum and clean the cat room we are paying $120. The job typically takes 2-3 hours. This would be a total of $200/month. We are flexible with which day of the week and time you can come.
