Key Responsibilities:   -       Design and execute comprehensive tests for cloud services, including functionality, performance, security, etc. -       Collaborate with the development team to promptly identify, report, and resolve defects and issues in cloud services. -       Participate in the implementation and optimization of test automation and continuous integration to improve testing efficiency and coverage. -       Participate in building CICD engineering for cloud project and developing automated testing scripts. -       Follow up on user feedback, reproduce bugs, collaborate with R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Requirements Qualifications: -       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. -       At least 3 years of experience in cloud service testing or developing. -       Understand the development, deployment, and operation processes of cloud service projects, familiar with microservices technology. -       Basic knowledge of networking and security. -       Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently complete testing tasks. -       Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Key Responsibilities:  Lead the quality assurance efforts for consumer networking products such as Wi-Fi routers, Mesh Wi-Fi, network adapters, and USB accessories. Responsible for executing system-level test cases that require extensive experience and sound judgment. Simulate media evaluations to ensure that the test results meet expectations. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications and industry standards. Explore user scenarios and establish local testing standards that align with user perception. Lead test strategy discussions, mentor junior engineers, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues.  Requirements Qualifications:  5+ years experience in network products testing, familiar with testing methods and processes. Stay up-to-date with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi 7, etc.) and industry trends Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi issue debug methods. Hands-on experience with networking test tools (e.g., iPerf, Wireshark, IxChariot). Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently complete testing tasks. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience in the development and testing of Wi-Fi Router, Mesh Wi-Fi Systems Experience with Wi-Fi certification and regulatory testing. We have an immediate opening to join our team supporting our Patient Nutrition Management System called HealthTouch. HealthTouch is used in over 500 hospital diet offices throughout the US. HealthTouch is used to order, document, track, and manage the food ordering and production of all patients’ meals. All meal orders are entered in to the HealthTouch system and because HealthTouch is interfaced with the facilities ADT and OE system, HealthTouch is automatically updated whenever a new patient is admitted, discharged, or transferred within the facility. Patient’s dietary orders are also interface to allow the system to filter out the food items that are not permitted. Tray tracking, nutritional analysis, and order history are standard processes within HealthTouch. Some of the services we provide to our customers are; Travel on site to install and configure systems. Travel to a site to provide operations training. Provide training via phone and web based conferencing. Provide comprehensive phone support with our web based remote access solution or via VPN. Advanced hardware configuration and replacement. The ideal candidate would have; The ability to work independently. Great verbal and written skills. An above average knowledge of all Windows OS’s, including server. Very skilled in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook. Ability to multitask, to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, and manage projects. Some travel is involved, and a neat and authoritative presences is required. Travel is approximately one week per month. Knowledge of a hospitals diet office procedures and/or HL7 language is a BIG plus. Possesses extensive experience in the installation of traditional electrical products.
