All properties are located with the Bay Area-specifically San Francisco and Oakland. SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: This janitorial position consists of the cleaning and maintenance of several luxury buildings—vacuuming all common areas, sweeping and moping building lobbies, making sure lobbies are in clean/organized order with front door clean, hallway lightbulbs are replaced when out, delivered packages are orderly, elevator are clean. Pick up trash/litter in and around properties, empty trash cans, moving garbage cans to the street for particular buildings, keep storage rooms in an organized and clean manner, along with other janitorial duties. We are looking for a candidate who will do the proper job and pays attention to detail. In addition, this candidate to have a cordial attitude and to work well with others. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum three years of multi-family apartment janitorial experience. Skilled in usage and care of common hand and power tools used in janitorial maintenance work. Ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 30 lbs. Must have VALID Drivers License with clean driving record.
