Review and process contract material submittals Process RFI Field quality assurance and conformance Monitor construction site for safety compliance or concerns Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management. Experience: 1-3 years in construction, or successful completion of an internship/co-op in the industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access). Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus. Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Desktop Support Technician level I/II (temporary) needed for approximately 4 – 8 weeks. The work is to begin on or around September 29, 2025, and would include visiting various sites for our client, in and around the greater Sacramento, CA area. Mileage will be reimbursed at the federal rate. We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician on a temporary basis (for approximately 4 – 8 weeks) to complete Windows 11 upgrades and perform reimaging on laptops and desktops. This would include setting up users and some end user training as needed as well as possibly replacing hard drives. The hours would primarily be Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00 but might require afterhours work but would be rare if any. The candidates selected must have pervious Desktop Support experience in a business environment including: upgrading desktops and laptops to Windows 11, reimaging and end user training. This is an onsite position, and the person selected MUST have reliable personal transportation, be punctual and dependable with excellent professional customer service skills. They must also have a clean state and federal background check. This temporary position (for approximately 4 - 8 weeks) would begin on or about September 29, 2025. In this role you will organize and oversee the construction process and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. Additionally, we are seeking an individual with an analytical mind, some construction estimating experience, and strong organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. This position reports directly to the Project Executive. Ensure Hand-off Meeting is scheduled prior to project start and complete provided agenda prior to meeting. Review project buyout, scopes of work, and trade contractor list with Superintendent prior to start of project. Host pre-construction meeting. Create agenda and host on-site Owner meetings.  Review all project invoices with Superintendent, prior to approval. Communicate financial information with Owner, as required. Acquire all necessary trade contractor pricing and back-up for any additional project costs. Maintain Cost Control Log with accurate and up-to-date information.  Present to Owner for approval. Create project change orders (Owner and trade contractor), as required. Oversee and execute project close-out process. Authenticate complete and signed-off punch list. Process final invoicing requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Fun! Fun! Fun! At the Farm What could be more fun than being a tour guide for school kids at an old-fashioned pumpkin farm? Do you remember how fun the pumpkin farm was when you were a child? Well, here is your opportunity to experience the fun once again, while sharing the joy with children. Part-time and fulltime positions are available starting September 24th - October 31st. You will be guiding groups of school children throughout different aspects of the farm. We prefer those with paid experience working with and teaching children. We will teach you everything you need to know. But you must be comfortable speaking to large groups of children and grown-ups alike. The farm is owned and operated by a Sacramento area elementary school teacher. Weekday positions require you to work mornings starting no earlier than 8:45 am and end no later than 1:00 pm. There will be opportunity for some employees to stay and work in the retail locations until 6:00 pm after teaching the children. You must be able to work from mid-September through October 31st, Monday through Friday. The position will end on November 1. The ideal candidate is loud, outgoing and not afraid to laugh.
