Assembler – (AED Manufacturing) No Experience is required for these positions Shifts Available • 1st Shift - Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4pm (4x10 hour shifts) - $22.80/hr • 2nd Shift - Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am (4x10 hour shifts) - $24.80/hr • Weekend Shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:30am-6pm (3 x 12 hour shift week) - $25.80/hr 📍 Redmond, WA 💲 Contract-to-Hire | 6–12+ Month Assignment Join a global leader in life-saving medical technology. About the Role As an Assembler, you’ll work as part of a collaborative manufacturing team, building and testing AED units and sub-assemblies. You’ll use hand tools, small power tools, and precision instruments to assemble, inspect, and verify components meeting high quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Assemble mechanical and electrical components for AEDs and sub-assemblies following detailed work instructions. • Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure quality and reliability. • Use basic hand tools, torque drivers, and measurement equipment safely and accurately. • Document assembly and test results in production systems. • Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement efforts on the line. • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required. • Previous Assembly experience is a plus. • Good attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow written instructions. • Dependable and punctual — must have reliable transportation (public transit not available for this shift).
