Qualifications:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED);  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;  Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure;  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form;  Ability to solve practical problems;  Ability to use mobile applications  Valid Colorado Driver’s License;  Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background, driving, and drug);  Must be at least nineteen years of age.  Prior Automotive Sales Experience  State of Colorado Auto Industry Salesperson License Responsibilities:  Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month;  Write and complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies;  Communicate and follow-up effectively with customers and prospects in all manners of communication;  Keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry;  Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot;  Dress and behave in a professional manner at all times;  Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;  Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction;  Attend training courses as requested by management;  Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws, which govern retail automobile sales;  Clean snow off vehicles when necessary;  Other duties as required.
