Requirements - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and clients. - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. - Strong understanding of schematics and ability to read technical drawings. - Experience with welding techniques is a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. - A commitment to safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks is essential. - Must possess basic customer service skills to interact positively with clients and tenants.
