Mitigation Technician – Full Time Location: Colorado Springs, CO Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour About Us: Comfort Restorations is a growing general contractor specializing in insurance restoration. We are urgently hiring a Certified Mitigation Technician. If you have the required certifications and restoration experience, we want to hear from you right away. Responsibilities: -Perform water damage restoration including extraction, drying, and dehumidification -Execute mold remediation following IICRC standards -Handle fire and smoke cleanup including soot removal and odor control -Use power tools and restoration equipment for demolition and cleanup -Assist with asbestos abatement when needed following safety standards -Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites -Complete documentation for emergency response work -Communicate with customers and team members Qualifications: -Required Certifications: WRT, ASD, AMRT -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for company vehicles -Experience with power tools and restoration equipment -Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor -Available for on-call 24/7 emergency services -Previous restoration experience preferred Compensation and Schedule: -$20.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications -Overtime pay opportunities -Full-time schedule, 8 to 10 hour shifts plus on-call rotation Additional Info: Must be willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO before starting How to Apply: Send your resume and portfolio if available to nevaeh@comfortrestorations.com. Accurately document all parts and time used on each job to ensure precise records. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of irrigation experience in South Florida.
