We are currently seeking hard-working and reliable Maintenance Workers / Laborers to join our property management team. Responsibilities: • Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the apartment community • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and repair work as assigned • Read and follow measurements using a tape measure accurately • Carry out groundskeeping tasks, such as trash pickup and seasonal upkeep • Work independently and with the maintenance team to complete projects on time • Report issues and follow instructions from the Head of Maintenance or Property Manager Requirements: • Previous maintenance, construction, or laborer experience preferred (not required) • Must know how to read a tape measure • Must provide own basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdriver set, hammer, tape measure, etc.) • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus Schedule & Pay: • Full-time or part-time available, depending on workload • Pay: $18 to start. I am looking to hire Masonry Journeymen. Our work is primarily 70% residential and 30% commercial. We do everything masonry related, brick, block, stone and concrete work. Summary: Atlas Masonry Services is seeking a Journeyman experienced in the construction of projects using brick, block, and/or stone. Experience with concrete work is a huge plus.
