Provide trainees with a thorough understanding of the AFRL/RX Application & Development Support Team's role and responsibilities Develop the skills and knowledge required to support web applications hosted on the RX Intranet and RX SharePoint Sites Familiarize trainees with the team's tools and technologies, including ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Introduce trainees to the concepts of process automation and improvement, using ServiceNow and Power Automate Provide trainees with hands-on experience and real-world applications of the skills and knowledge gained throughout the program Prepare trainees to contribute to the team's goals and objectives, and to provide high-quality support to customers and stakeholders Requirements You must be active duty military and eligible for DOD Skillbridge Active secret security clearance Familiarity with computers, including typing, using a mouse, and navigating a Windows or macOS operating system. Basic understanding of programming concepts, such as variables, data types, loops, and control structures. Familiarity with HTML and CSS, including basic syntax, structure, and styling concepts. Familiarity with database concepts, including data modeling, entity relationships, and basic SQL queries. Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and think critically. QUALIFICATIONS 4 Years of fleet maintenance and repair Proven experience as a mechanic with a focus on heavy equipment repair; . Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, HVAC systems, diesel engine repair, brake repair, alignment procedures, and tire service. DOT brake certification 609 AC certified is a plus but not required Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects as required by the job duties. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Previous experience in service technician roles or similar positions is highly desirable.
