Qualifications Supervisory/leadership experience in food or nutritional product manufacturing required. Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and production standards. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to train, mentor, and build strong teams. Hands-on manager willing to work alongside the team.
