Requirements: â Proven barista experience (this is not a training position) or strong ability to learn quickly â Excellent customer service and communication skills â Strong attention to detail and positive attitude â High integrity with a great attendance record â Reliable, punctual, and professional â Pay rate based on experience Job Duties Include: ⢠Welcome customers and determine their coffee preferences ⢠Prepare hot and cold beverages according to recipes and requests ⢠Maintain a clean and organized work area ⢠Follow all health and safety guidelines ⢠Educate customers about our coffee, food, and cafĂŠ culture ⢠Sell coffee, pastries, and brewing equipment ⢠Restock and maintain supplies (milk, cups, pastries, etc.) ⢠Troubleshoot and maintain equipment as needed ⢠Contribute to a safe, healthy, and positive work environment What We Offer: đź Supportive and respectful work environment â° Consistent hours đ° Competitive pay based on experience and skills Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Shift Options: âď¸ 4-hour, 8-hour, or 10-hour shifts đď¸ Monday to Friday, rotating weekends, and weekends mandatory Shift Availability: Day shift (Preferred) Experience: Barista: 1 year (Preferred) â ď¸ If you donât have barista experience, this position is not the right fit at this time.
