This individual will also provide support related to the machining centers at our CNC plate and structural steel processing equipment. Experience in operating CNC Mills, and familiarity with most types of current tooling, are important considerations. This is a key position in our Plant, which will be highly compensated with the starting pay rate negotiable based on technical ability and work experience. Job Description: As a machinist, your responsibility will be to take work orders and programs and run the production parts using HAAS equipment. You will be responsible for reviewing drawings, running the programs, deburring, and QCing the parts. Ensuring that your daily workload is completed, and done so accurately, communicating with the Management Team effectively if a roadblock arises. You are expected to have enough experience to be able to troubleshoot typical production issues for your part, experience in HAAS machines and reading schematics will be helpful.
