Emergency Ice Delivery We’re looking for a dependable Refrigeration Technician to take charge of ice production at our Columbia, S.C. ice plant.. You will be responsible for the maintenance and production efficiency of a commercial ice machine and associated storage and production equipment running at peak performance — handling preventative maintenance, repairs, and making sure we’re always stocked and ready to serve our restaurant and bar clients across the Carolinas. What You’ll Do Maintain, clean, and repair ice production and storage equipment Perform preventative maintenance to avoid downtime Produce and bag ice to maintain inventory levels Occasionally deliver ice stock to our warehouse hubs in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC In the future, oversee part-time team members who assist with bagging and production What We’re Looking For Experience as a refrigeration or HVAC technician (EPA certification preferred) Solid mechanical and troubleshooting skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Comfortable working in cold environments and lifting up to 50 lbs Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Willingness to grow with a fast-paced, locally owned business About Us Emergency Ice Delivery supplies ice to restaurants, bars, and events across the region — 7 days a week, when it matters most.
