This is a contract-to-hire role, perform well over 6.5 months and you’ll have the opportunity to join the company full-time. The Work: A 9-month, high-end residential build requiring both rough and finish carpentry, from framing and layout to trim and custom millwork. Responsibilities Ensure plumbing systems are installed and repaired in residential and commercial buildings. Aid in the assembly of installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and HVAC technicians. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Requirements License and Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites. A Valid plumbing license is required.
