This position is 90% supervisory, overseeing and supporting a team of RNs who provide direct patient care in the field. The NP will ensure quality standards are met, guide clinical decision-making, and handle advanced wound care cases as needed. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support RN staff delivering in-home wound care. Oversee patient care plans and ensure adherence to best practices.
