Looking for a skilled and dependable construction worker to craft premium cat enclosures, commonly known as Catios. Our projects typically range from 3 to 10 days and involve light framing (primarily using 2x4 and 4x4 construction), light carpentry, paint preparation, painting, roofing (often using polycarbonate and asphalt shingles), basic concrete work, and the installation of wire mesh or screen material around the enclosures. All necessary materials will be provided. We emphasize a professional and positive attitude, aiming to cultivate an enjoyable workplace that is drama and stress-free. Precision and quality work are essential, and we encourage a sense of pride in craftsmanship. Excellent customer service is crucial and begins with leaving worksites spotless daily. Build-Back Technician Responsibilities Finish carpentry skills I.E. ability to install trim (casing, base, crown) doors, & Installation of cabinetry. Flooring install experience is not necessary but helpful. Drywall, repairs & painting, must be able to tie into existing drywall and match textures. Ability to read and follow project scopes, Ability to document projects and progress with daily updates to the office. Ability to perform basic rough carpentry I.E. basic framing repairs, fence repairs, siding replacement etc. Electrical and plumbing experience not required but helpful. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in the duties listed above. Reliable work truck, with valid California driver's license and a clean DMV record. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
