This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can follow blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously. 7:30am-4:30pm (Monday - Friday + Saturdays if needed) Position Overview We are hiring dependable and mechanically inclined laborers for a short-term contract. This role involves hands-on installation work, cable routing, mechanical assembly, and general support in an industrial setting. Candidates should be comfortable using tools, reading blueprints and schematics, and working in a physically active environment. Responsibilities Perform mechanical and cable installations, including chutes, systems, and HMIs Use hand and power tools to assemble components and route wiring Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and SOPs with precision Work safely at heights up to 6 feet and maintain quality standards throughout Essential Skills Skilled in mechanical assembly, wiring, and general production techniques Proficient with hand and power tools Physically capable of heavy lifting and sustained manual labor Experience in construction, carpentry, industrial repair, or related trades Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics Work Environment Industrial facility with active installation projects Steel-toed boots, jeans, and work shirt required Team-oriented atmosphere with support from experienced supervisors Exposure to large-scale projects and potential for future travel opportunities

The animals must be fed rain or shine every morning. There is milking, mucking and feeding. No smoking on the farm. Would like someone 3-5 weekday mornings for two to three hours daily. Also weekend work is sometimes available. This is long term employment not a gig. If you can do a little carpentry/electrical small engine or drive a skidsteer or drive a small tractor; these are a plus.
