Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, servers, routers, and switches. Collaborate with clients to assess technology needs and provide tailored solutions. Document installations, configurations, and system performance reports. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and best practices. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT support, low-voltage cabling, or network infrastructure (preferred). Strong understanding of network architecture and system integration. Familiarity with tools such as Fluke testers, labeling systems, and patch panel setups.
