TACO TIME is a quick service restaurant. Our salsas, shells, chips, and much more are made fresh every day. We currently have three locations and one food trailer! Lead the Flavor Fiesta as a Shift Leader at TACO TIME! Are you ready to take charge and make every shift a success? What You’ll Be Doing: As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly during your shift. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising daily operations to ensure everything stays on track. - Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service. - Maintaining quality standards for our fresh, made-daily salsas, shells, chips, and more. - Jumping in where needed, whether it’s helping on the line or assisting customers. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about leadership and tacos! Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table: - 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferably in food service). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - A positive attitude and the ability to inspire your team. - A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
