Colossus, a cozy and vibrant cafe in San Pedro, CA, is seeking an experienced General Manager to help us deliver outstanding service and maintain our reputation as a neighborhood favorite.   What You'll Be Doing ●     Oversight/management of all staff, mentorship, and indirect management of other staff members through example ●     Giving verbal and written warnings to employees when needed ●     Conducting 6 month and 1-year reviews of direct employees ●     Attend weekly manager meetings to review current food costs, general upkeep, staffing and culture.
