Location : Dakota Dunes, SD near Sioux City, IA | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $18/hour • Monday – Friday between 9am – 6pm CST - training from 8am-4:30pm CST ROLE IMPACT As a vital member of a leading financial services team, the CSR ensures the accurate and timely disbursement of insurance payments, contributing to seamless escrow operations.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their escrow accounts. Assist customers with changes to their insurance carriers, and update billing when needed.
