





Location: Chula Vista, CA Type: Full-Time | In-Office We’re a busy, high-performing real estate team in Chula Vista looking for a full-time Real Estate Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things (and people) on track. This is an in-office position supporting a top-producing team — someone who enjoys structure, takes initiative, and gets satisfaction from turning chaos into order. You’ll play a key role in managing listings, client events, marketing and ensuring our clients and agents have a smooth, professional experience every time. Key Responsibilities Manage listings from pre-listing to close: scheduling, MLS entry, coordination with photographers, stagers, and vendors. Organize marketing materials, open house prep, and follow-up campaigns. Update CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets to keep the team on task and informed. Communicate with clients, escrow, title, and lenders with professionalism and accuracy. Support the team with calendar management, project tracking, and marketing initiatives.
