We're now accepting applications for a Dispatcher. This position works 4 days a week; Monday- Thursday 10 Hr shifts This job is not a typical desk job; it is sporadically fast-paced and sometimes difficult. The position entails taking phone calls from customers (i.e. individuals, police and auto clubs) and entering their location, vehicle information and other information into the dispatching software accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude at all times. This position may communicate directly with Tow drivers, assigning the proper vehicle / equipment to a call based on the particular needs of each call. This person will also assist customers in-person in our 24 hour impound yard to release vehicles and assist customers as necessary. At times call volume is high and this employee must be able to multi task and handle several calls at a time, plus in-person impound customers with composure and professionalism. We will train on all software and dispatching. Starting pay $17.00 /hr. REQUIREMENTS Must be able to multi-task. Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus. Must utilize the highest degree of customer service skills over the telephone and in person. This position is integral to the success of our business, so the candidate must be reliable, professional and capable. Must be able to use a computer and various software confidently. Must be bondable / eligible for a VSF (Verified Storage Facility) License. This means no significant criminal history / property crimes. Must be friendly and positive and able to communicate effectively with coworkers. Our repossession company out of Midland, TX is currently hiring for a full time position to run our yard and office. Main office is located 5 hours away and is in need of a 21 and over, trustworthy, reliable person to run our yard. Duties will consist of taking pictures of vehicles brought in, remove personal items and storing safely in our property room. Must be able to multi-task when not releasing cars to transporters or public, will be taking calls over phone to set up appointments to release cars, and scanning signed paperwork to send to main office. Computer experience is preferred, must be able to pass background check and drug test when needed.
