YOUR OBJECTIVE You ensure customer orders are executed correctly and shipped on time. You will be responsible for communicating instructions to other employees, training them, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe. You will also perform fulfillment duties as needed: pick/pack orders, put away products, troubleshoot robots, ensure inventory accuracy, and ship customer orders. YOUR JOB Essential Duties and Responsibilities You lead teams of employees to pick customer orders You support shipping as directed and assist in receiving of trucks/shipments as needed You monitor performance and execute corrective actions You locate and confirm products into picking bins You troubleshoot robots You break down empty boxes in the zones throughout the shift You make sure all products are transferred and confirmed to locations in real-time You perform end-of-shift housekeeping responsibilities You follow all safety procedures You ensure a clean and safe work area You report ANY equipment issues to the supervisor immediately Requirements Your Experience and Qualifications: You have 1-2 years’ experience in a distribution center using heavy equipment You read and write basic English You have a high school diploma or equivalent You have a current valid driver's license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing and pulling are continuously required activities of this position. We currently operate 11 restaurants in the Boston area, a Commissary Kitchen in Cambridge, and a local Meal-Box delivery program. As a driver you will help to load, pack, unpack, deliver, and transport product. Generally, our drivers will spend their time transporting food from our commissary kitchen to our restaurants in and delivering Meal Kit Boxes to our customers. Some of the Logistics Specialists Duties will look like... Move large containers of food from the Clover commissary to our food trucks, restaurants, and delivery addresses. Load and unload vans Deliver Meal Kit Boxes up to 30-miles outside Boston/Cambridge Drive a 14-foot van/truck, including parallel-parking and backing into tight loading docks Manually hoist heavy items Perform vehicle inspections and inventory checks Complete and submit paperwork Interact professionally with Clover employees and customers Assist with the coordination of driver routes and schedules The hiring manager may invite you to participate in a Practical Interview. Full-time opening for a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Billerica MA. 7:00am-3:30pm Pay is $26/hr Participates in a variety of activities that include packaging, labeling, declaring shipments of dangerous goods and non-DG shipments in compliance with current DOT/IATA regulations. Receiving, storing, delivering, loading and unloading materials, equipment and other lab supplies to end users while adhering to all safety standards.
