This is a full-time, remote position for candidates located in Vermont, New Hampshire, Oregon, Ohio, or California. You'll be the friendly face of IGG Software, helping customers solve problems and get the most out of our applications through live chat support. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop technical troubleshooting expertise.
