The goal is to improve HR processes, employee efficiency, user experience, data accessibility, and decision-making. This role also involves serving as a product expert for UKG platform and collaborating with subject matter experts of other systems and the IT team to address HR-related challenges through technology. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, technical, possess strong leadership qualities, and have extensive experience in HRIS platforms and HR processes This is a fulltime role with three day a week requirement in the office.\n\r\nResponsibilities\n\r\nDuties include, but not limited to: \n\r\n\n Develop and execute the HRIS strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.\r\n\n Lead the HRIS team to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement of systems.\r\n\n Manage current and new development for the HR systems.\r\n\n Manage the HR Systems (UKG Pro experience is required & ICIMs knowledge preferred).\r\n\n Manage the delivery of HR projects and programs of high complexity and impact on time and on budget (Project management).\r\n\n Develop complex Business Intelligence reports\r\n\n Develop & Manage productivity tools and internal HR Websites (Power Apps, SharePoint etc.)\r\n\n Acts as a technical product expert, work with Internal IT team, and external consultants to implement new technologies and troubleshoot issues.\r\n\n Establishes and maintains security, data privacy, data protection and integrity controls.\r\n\n Perform system audits working with internal audit and IT security to maintain data integrity across all system interfaces\r\n\n Performs testing of new functionality. Reviews and tests upgrades to determine the functionality associated with each system change.\r\n\n Partners with HR team and operational leaders to define information needs and specifications. The role is responsible for leading the organization's HRIS platform, identifying, developing, and managing the planning, administration, and implementation of HR systems, projects, processes, and productivity tools. The goal is to improve HR processes, employee efficiency, user experience, data accessibility, and decision-making. This role also involves serving as a product expert for UKG platform and collaborating with subject matter experts of other systems and the IT team to address HR-related challenges through technology. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to:  Develop and execute the HRIS strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Lead the HRIS team to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement of systems. Manage current and new development for the HR systems. Manage the HR Systems (UKG Pro experience is required & ICIMs knowledge preferred).
