We analyze financial data and provide a recommendation for the credit decision including information to support the recommendation in a standardized format utilizing Excel worksheets and Word templates. We see commercial loans from all over the country. Lucro will provide you the opportunity to underwrite to your skill level. We underwrite over 300 loans per month which may vary from a $2,500 credit card loan to a $40 million hotel construction loan. Requirements Necessary Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word) Ability to work in a technology-driven environment Ability to work in a team environment and independently Detail-oriented Excellent communicator (written and verbal) Interested in learning and developing Able to advocate and ask questions to facilitate learning. Qualifications: Education equivalent to a college degree is required. Degrees in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred. Five or more years of similar or related experience preferred. Ability to analyze and understand financial statements including those contained in tax forms. Understanding business credit structure is a plus. Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial statement reporting is also a plus. Benefits Lucro loves our employees!
