Program Manager / Activities Director – Full-Time Opportunity Location: Natick, Ma Elder-Well® Adult Day Program Are you a compassionate, creative, and organized professional who loves bringing joy and purpose to the lives of older adults? Elder-Well® Adult Day Program is seeking a **full-time Program Manager / Activities Director to lead our daily enrichment program, support our care team, and make a meaningful difference every day. At Elder-Well®, we provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for older adults and individuals living with memory impairment. Our mission is to nurture connection, independence, and well-being through social engagement, wellness programs, and personalized care. What You’ll Do * Plan and oversee daily activities that inspire participation, creativity, and social connection. * Lead and support program staff and volunteers in delivering a warm, person-centered experience. * Coordinate schedules, maintain participant records, and ensure compliance with Elder-Well® and state standards. * Communicate with families, caregivers, and community partners to enhance each participant’s quality of life. * Foster a positive, team-oriented culture where both guests and staff thrive. What We’re Looking For * Experience in adult day services, senior care, or recreation therapy (minimum 2 years preferred). * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Creativity, compassion, and a passion for serving older adults. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Gerontology, Recreation Therapy, or related field preferred. * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
