Direct Care Staff – Youth Residential Program 📍 Location: Centerboard Community Treatment Residence (CTR) 🕒 Part-Time | Day, Evening, & Overnight Shifts Available (Weekends) Are you passionate about supporting youth and making a real difference every day? Centerboard is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Care Staff to join our trauma-informed residential program. In this role, you’ll provide daily supervision, teach life skills, respond to behavioral needs, and build meaningful relationships with youth navigating life’s toughest challenges. Key Responsibilities:Provide structured, supportive care in a residential setting Teach and model healthy coping and life skills Document daily progress, incidents, and support services Respond to crises using trauma-informed practices Administer medications and coordinate transportation to appointments What We’re Looking For:High school diploma required; relevant experience preferred Strong communication, empathy, and organization skills Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Willingness to work flexible hours (including overnights and weekends) Commitment to equity, inclusion, and youth empowerment Why Centerboard?
