We are a busy construction company with projects all over San Diego County, and we're hiring 1 reliable and experienced Framing Carpenters to join our team! 🛠️Primary Responsibilities -Build Structural Frameworks: Construct walls, floors, roofs, and partitions using wood or metal studs based on blueprints and specifications. -Measure & Cut Materials: Accurately measure and cut lumber, plywood, and other materials to fit design layouts. -Assemble Components: Use hand and power tools (like saws, nail guns, drills) to assemble framing elements securely. -Install Support Systems: Set and brace building components to ensure they’re level, plumb, and structurally sound. -Collaborate with Other Trades: Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other specialists to ensure proper integration of utilities. -Inspect & Repair Frameworks: Identify and replace damaged structural elements during renovations or quality checks. -Follow Safety Protocols: Maintain a clean, hazard-free worksite and adhere to OSHA and local safety standards. 📐 Skills & Qualifications -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings -Strong understanding of building codes and structural integrity -Physical stamina and comfort working at heights or in variable weather -Experience with framing tools and construction site protocols -MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS Additional Details: -Compensation: $28–$30 per hour, depending on experience -Full-time hours -Paid Holidays -Work is based across San Diego County Start ASAP!
