Key Responsibilities:  Execute manual and automated testing for smart home products, including cameras, smart plugs, bulbs, and robot vacuums, etc. Test device connectivity with cloud platforms and mobile apps. Assist in log collection and analysis for debugging purposes. Participate in or assist with Local Test & Beta Test, collect user feedback, and follow up on reproducing issues. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Document test cases, results, and bug reports. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in software or consumer electronics testing. Basic knowledge of networking protocol (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi,  Bluetooth, etc.) Basic knowledge of networking issue debug methods. Familiarity with test case design and execution. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of smart home ecosystems (Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit). Familiarity with test automation tools and continuous integration technologies Deep understanding of user experience, attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective. They will work alongside the IT Domains teams to ensure that the functional requirements are defined effectively and that the tests are executed to plan. Drive the definition and testing of functional and automation requirements, coordinating the efforts across the IT Domain teams that continuously develop and deploy software enhancements and new products within the company's technology platform. This person is involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts. This person should have the ability to track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment. This person should be Proficient in using MF ALM/Octane Test Suite or other Test Management Tools. Knowledge on Telecom mobile domain is preferred.
