Chatsworth based manufacturing company is looking for candidates to fill the following Part-Time and Full-Time positions; -Electric Equipment Assemblers, Shipping & Receiving Clerks and Shampoo Manufacturing Assistants These positions are ENTRY LEVEL, part-time (20-30 hours/week) and full-time (30-40 hours/week) Monday through Friday. Our operating hours are from 7:30am-4pm, there is only one shift and overtime is occasionally available. Some filling machines are computerized and would require good computer skills to operate. •Assist with mixing, filling and packaging shampoo products. •Cleaning and maintaining mixing and filling equipment. -Pack finished products into cases and prepare for shipping parcel carrier or on a pallet. The role of Document/Change Control Specialist include, but are not limited to: Document Management • Oversee the full lifecycle of controlled documents, including creation, review, revision, approval, issuance, and retirement. • Ensure documents are formatted, maintained, and distributed in accordance with company standards and procedures. System Administration • Administer and maintain the company’s Document Management System (DMS), including user access, permissions, and periodic system updates. • Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT or vendors as needed. Record-Keeping • Maintain accurate records of product data, certificates of compliance, inspection reports, and other documents required for quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Training Support • Train employees on document control procedures, proper documentation practices, and effective use of the Document Management System (DMS). • Provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to company documentation standards. Assembly position using basic hand tools to assemble various components in quantity, with a possibility of on-the-job training across other areas of manufacturing. It's a growing company with a great culture, and very low employee turn over to prove it. Clean, modern facility is enjoyable to work in.
