The most important role of the Superintendent is to oversee the subcontractors on site from end to end, including walkthroughs at the very beginning to coordinating punchlist items at the end. The Superintendent is to have full responsibility of the ongoing day to day tasks at the job site. On both manual and automatic doors. - Have experience working with electronic entry systems, such as mag locks, ADA hardware (operators and buttons) and door closers. - Be able to communicate with customers on-site to preform the work. - Customer service at all levels. Teamwork at all levels. Qualifications: Valid work permit or Form I-9. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Able to pass a live-scan for work on secured jobsites.
