We are looking for a Property/Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our Vancouver team. This person will report up to our maintenance manager and handle a wide variety of work orders, turns and apartment renovations. Experience with light plumbing, carpentry and electrical repair is required. This is a full time position and exact hourly wage/salary is dependent on candidates experience. Benefits include health insurance, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick days and employer contribution to a simple IRA. Valid drivers license, car and car insurance are required. Starting at $24.00 per hour

Job Qualifications: •Must be 18+ years of age •Must be able to speak, write, and read in English fluently •Must provide own hand tools adequate for job functions •Valid driver’s license required •Minimum one year of truck and/or trailer repair experience •Unrestricted ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, squat, lift (up to 75 lbs.), push, pull, climb, and lie on back in a horizontal position for prolonged periods Position is contingent upon a successful background check, an acceptable motor vehicle record check, and the ability to pass a drug screen, including THC.
