Weâre looking for an experienced leader to guide and train a skilled commercial roofing crew. ________________________________________ Your Role Lead and train a crew of 3â4 roofers, ensuring top-quality installations & repairs, maintaining safety standards, and handling essential project paperwork. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities â Supervise and train crew in the field â Complete paperwork & time sheets â Diagnose and repair leaks on all types of commercial roofs â Communicate effectively with customers â Maintain tools & equipment â Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols â Work every other Saturday ________________________________________ Requirements đš 6+ years of commercial roofing experience đš Proficient in Built-Up Roofing, Adhesive Systems, Torch-Modified, and Single-Ply Roofing đš Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roof Repairs đš Able to work in hot & cold weather đš Lift 50 lbs. & climb ladders up to 40 ft đš Valid driverâs license & reliable transportation đš Authorized to work in the U.S. đš Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred ________________________________________ Preferred Skills đ Read blueprints & manufacturer specifications đ Basic knowledge of Florida Building Code (FBC) đ Familiarity with OSHA compliance ________________________________________ đ Location: MIRAMAR, FL đ Start Date: ASAP đ˛ Apply Today: Email: admin@allarearoofing.com
