ShareJob Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate PART AND FULL TIME Care Staff to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients during the night shift. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of individuals in our clients home, including those with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, and long-term care requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to consistent, quality care and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Responsibilities Provide direct support and assistance to clients during day and overnight hours, ensuring their safety and comfort. Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients by following proper hygiene and safety protocols. Uphold clients rights by treating each individual with dignity and respect. Document care provided and any significant observations in accordance with our company policies. Experience Previous experience in home care, senior care facilities, or retirement homes is preferred. Knowledge of resident rights is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing quality care to seniors is crucial for success in this role.
