This individual will oversee all aspects of fundraising, working closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to set priorities, design strategies, and execute activities that ensure sustainable philanthropic growth.\r\nKey responsibilities include cultivating and stewarding relationships with current and prospective donors, expanding major gift opportunities, and building a multi-level funding plan that incorporates individual donors, churches, private foundations, corporations and businesses. Structuring & Negotiations: Assist leadership in drafting LOIs and negotiating terms. \r\n Closing Support: Facilitate communication and document flow through definitive agreements and closing. \r\n Pipeline Management: Manage ~50+ brands in different pipeline stages, ensure accurate reporting and updates. \r\n Market Intelligence: Track U.S. cosmetics and nutraceutical trends, spotting new opportunities. \r\n Partnership Development: Explore new strategic partnerships complementing Concepta’s portfolio. \r\n \r\nRequirements\r\n Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years in Amazon brand acquisitions / aggregator environment with proven track record. \r\n Hard Skills: \r\n M&A process management and deal structuring \r\n Negotiation with brand owners, brokers, advisors \r\n Financial
